” Bloomington Unplugged, A little Bit of Folk, Pop, Blues, and Jazz, and a Lot of Cathy Gutjahr” at the Venue

It’s April 7th, at 5:30pm. it’s the first Tuesday in April at The Venue, and so it’s Bloomington Unplugged, a rescheduled performance due to some foul weather in March, featuring the unamplified musical renderings of Cathy Gutjahr, and friends.

Cathy has emerged as one of Bloomington’s finest acoustic performers, playing and singing covers and original music, in a style that is all her own. In the Venue’s intimate environment, her unamplified songs are sure to please. And it’s free.

Cathy will perform songs from her exciting new release, ‘Motorcycle Man’ now available online and at CDBaby.com. Her new release has been described as “a mixture of folk, pop, blues and jazz, with plenty of catchy hooks and a good measure of sass.”

Refreshments will be served, and our complete collection of Fine Art and Gifts will also be on display for viewing and purchase.   You can visit the following link for free parking options near The Venue: http://bloomington.in.gov/parksmart.

Come early to get a good seat.
