Come Together 2014 Registration ALMOST FULL!

cometogetherSummer is a busy time. It’s a great time, though, to freshen our perspectives and set the tone for the new fiscal year. In just two weeks, arts organizations from around the state will be gathering in Indianapolis for Come Together: Arts Boards, Staff & Community Engagement. Here are three reasons why you will want to join us August 8th:

#1: Engaging speakers.
Karen Gahl-MillsFeaturing a keynote address from Karen Gahl-Mills, Executive Director of Cuyahoga Arts & Culture in Cleveland, speakers will include locally and nationally recognized practitioners and faculty from IUPUI’s School of Public and Environmental Affairs. For a complete list of speakers and sessions, click here.

#2: Relevant topics.
Arts organizations are increasingly eager to play a meaningful role in the development of their communities. Come Together explores the many facets involved with being a true community partner. Sessions will include board development, building partnerships, measuring impact, and more!

#3: Dynamic sessions.
This is bound to be one of the more dynamic conferences you’ve attended. The creative folks at Sapphire Theatre Company will use interactive theatre to help us explore new ways to work through the sometimes difficult side of community engagement.
Registration is almost full. Reserve your spot today!
