“Living for the Long Hall”, presented by Nancy Kalina, Life Coach and Owner of Safe Space Life Coaching.

On Tuesday, February 11th, at 5:30pm, The Venue will host a presentation by Nancy E. Kalina, owner of Safe Space Life Coaching. Nancy is a Martha Beck Certified life coach. Additionally, Nancy holds a B.S. degree in Rehabilitation Psychology from the University of Wisconsin, and a M.S. degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from Syracuse University.

As a Life Coach, Nancy works with clients who want to live to their fullest potential, but find that they need some assistance. She has coached a variety of people in town, out of town and out of state. Most recently, Nancy is coaching people who are frustrated with their bodies as a result of injury or illness. As a result of this current work, Nancy has created a presentation she will deliver at the American College of Sports Medicine National Health and Fitness Summit in April entitled “Living for the Long Haul: How our injuries and illness can show us the way forward as opposed to holding us back!”
