Bloomington, Indiana: The Bloomington Playwrights Project presents the 32nd Annual Arts Fair on the Square this Saturday, June 23rd from 10am – 6pm. Arts Fair on the Square takes place on the picturesque grounds surrounding the Monroe County Courthouse in beautiful downtown Bloomington, Indiana, a town known for its diversity and strong arts community. Arts Fair on the Square takes pride in bringing visual artists and craftspeople together with the art-appreciating and art-buying community.

The 32nd Annual Arts Fair on the Square features the work of 75 local and national artists, representatives from local arts organizations, and a variety of activities for children and adults.  Featured entertainment includes live performances from local arts organizations including the Bloomington Community Band, Windfall Dancers, Dark Side Tribal, The Hudsucker Posse, and Different Drummer Belly Dancers. But it doesn’t stop there! Our Children’s Art Center, sponsored by Wine and Canvas, brings Cookies and Canvas art activities throughout the day for kids and adults with cookies by Baked! of Bloomington and face painting by Strawberri-Shortcake the Clown from the All Smiles Clown Company. When you are not viewing a variety of art by both regional and national artists, stop by the Children’s Art Center or the Entertainment Tree to see everything Arts Fair on the Square has to offer! Like what you see but want more?

We suggest that you Make a Day of It! Park your car all day for FREE at the Bloomington Convention Center parking lot at 302 S. College Avenue.
