BCT Box Office/Downtown Visitors Center Assistant Box Office Manager
The main independent ticketing hub of Bloomington, Indiana, the BCT Box Ofifce Downtown Visitors Center provides ticket sales and visitor information to 60,000+ patrons per year. The BCT Box Office Assistant Box Office Manager is part of a two person daily leadership team of a centralized ticketing service for Bloomington and the south central Indiana region. Arts Fair on the Square Volunteers Needed
The Bloomington Playwrights Project’s ‘Arts Fair on the Square’, which features over 65 regional and national artists and craftspeople on the grounds surrounding the Monroe County Courthouse, needs volunteers! Positions requested include: Traffic Control Assistant (maintain flow of traffic and direct artists to their assigned booths; shifts are 6-10 a.m. or 6-8 p.m.); Setup Assistants (help artists unload and set up; shifts are 6:30-8:30 a.m. or 8:30-10:30 a.m.); Kids Area Assistant (aid those providing entertainment for kids; shifts are 10 a.m.-2 p.m. or 2-6 p.m.); Check-Out Assistant (help artists break down booths and ensure the grounds are clean; shift is 5:30-7:30 p.m.); Information Desk (10 a.m. to 6 p.m.). Jewish Theatre of Bloomington Volunteers Needed
The Jewish Theatre of Bloomington is looking for volunteers to usher upcoming performances of Brooklyn Boy at the BPP. Bloomington Print Collective, formerly Paper Crane Print Shop Offers Classes and Open Print Times
Bloomington Print Collective, formerly Paper Crane Print Shop, is a non-profit arts group in Bloomington.  They offer weekly public open print times, as well as monthly workshops in various printmaking techniques. Arts Commission next open grant cycle
The Arts Commission has recently revised its grant guidelines and application for the next open grant cycle. Updated guidelines and application are available here.  The deadline for the next grant round is Monday, October 1 at 5:00 p.m.
