Rogers Street Firehouse Update
The Bloomington Entertainment & Arts District is exploring opportunities to increase neighborhood vitality and enhance the community arts environment in the Arts Row Character District of BEAD. BEAD is embarking upon a planning process to help determine how best to accomplish this through the possible adaptive reuse of the Rogers Street Firehouse. The planning process will begin with a series of group discussions to gather the perspectives of key constituent groups including neighborhood residents, arts organizations and artists. Discussions will be led by Elaine Fisher of e.fishers + associates of Muncie. The discussions will be held on Monday, March 26, 2012 at the Bloomington City Hall Council Chambers.
